Make requests for new subreddits/communities here, using the name of the subreddit as the title, or with a link to the subreddit as the url.
For anything else, go to !about@lemmit.online.
Requests for NSFW subs should be marked as such.
They often have nsfw thumbnails, and will show up unblurred on other servers.
Warning: Use common sense when requesting.
Comments are not copied over. So requests for explainLikeImFive or askMidgets are useless, since you'll never get the answers here.
Also keep in mind that each sub you request here takes resources to process forevermore. So, you know, show some restraint.

I came here to request /r/BestOfRedditorUpdates, but saw this post indicating there were problems.
Hopefully you can get the name thing sorted out and add this to your copied content.
I think /r/BestOfRedditorUpdates actually would be good for this kind of crossposting, because most of the content is copied into the posts. You don't have to go to the links.
I have considered some technical solutions, and I agree that this sub would be an excellent candidate for archiving. For now I have made a feature request at Lemmy because, let's face it, that would solve several problems.
If they aren't up for it, I could try and fix it some other way, but ideally it would be fixed if they would just allow for 1 more character than they do now.
