So why isn’t “a long cold bath every day” the trendiest weight loss method??
This is something fighters do when they're going extreme weight loss before a weight in. I'm addition to dehydrating themselves and eating clean, they have several different cold exposure methods that causes the body to burn more calories.

Yes, get sick, increase that body temp, increase that thermogenesis , burn those calories. Don’t be weak.
Because it still isn't going to make that extra large pizza disappear.

Im still fuckkng amazed that a social media trend for once actually had a good and measurable effect
because then they wouldn't be able to sell weight loss products and gym memberships

cold plunge is hyped up but idk if its for the weight loss
Because it would be too difficult to monetize that trend, maybe?
