App for location based reminders/alarms?

I'm looking for a nice app that can trigger reminders or alarms when I reach a certain location or connect to a certain wifi network.

Ideally, it should be either open source or a one time purchase.

Thank you for all the suggestions everyone, I found out that the #OpenSource https://tasks.org app that I already use supports this feature!
