I've seen FSL making the rounds in the news. I think this opinion article gives a good abstract and I agree with the general consensus that the license is crap.

I agree that this license is crap. But I had a hard time getting past the first few paragraphs because of this:

Today, code that's not open source is the rare exception.

This person is either high or lives in a very different world than I do.

That got my attention as well. In my world that is definitely true, but I have to admit that for everyone else it has to be at least questionable. I don't have hard stats, so this is all wishful thinking - maybe all the base software on all the cloud adds up? Maybe that way it does get to the majority. I still wouldn't call the rest of software a rare exception, though.
