How do you insulate your tech in winter?

Howdy people! Recently I moved to colder climate and struggled to keep my wireless overhead headphones (WH1000XM3) from malfunctioning in the cold. Have you got any tips?

This is the way. Next question I assume will be how to stop sweating in -20C..
