No "off-meta" shaming: having fun playing the game is the meta. Discuss strats, builds, and give suggestions, but that's all they are, suggestions.

I kinda get it. People equip one and see that the moveset is just poke, poke, poke. But I love being able to glue myself to the monster attacking relentlessly when other classes have to back off. The early game is always a rush to get guard and guard up gear haha. And now we've got the counter game, power guard, and high mounting potential. So good.
Sticking like no other with Shield Tackle. That was great for most of my MR playthrough. Moved to Guard Dash spam and insta-block later on for endgame, but it was fun as hell while it lasted.
