What can I do with Jalapenos to conserve them for 6 months or so? (lemmy.world)

Its winter where I live so I reckon that the time was come to pick all my jalapenos. What sauce or pickles recipes do you have?

I was thinking of just freezing them because I dont have any better ideas and I cant find any appealing recipes.
