TLDR: The owner / executive class is always on the market for stupid cruel ways to enhance revenues, increase productivity or just seize more control of workers and customers, even when these schemes have the opposite effect. And when they are implemented, we'll find ways to hack, circumvent or exploit the new paradigm.
