Be sure to follow the rule before you head out.
Rule: You must post before you leave.
auto-bans like that are so dumb because it could be I went into some not-allowed sub and said "wow, this sucks, everyone here is a deluded idiot" and then you get banned from some other sub for "participating" in the Bad one.
Which honestly is a bunch of horseshit, because what's it to them if you view/comment in another sub that the mods disagree with. I got banned from a number of subs for dropping into r/conservative and calling out people's shit, cause apparently acknowledging their existence a no-no. Good riddance lol
I got banned from some sub for calling out people on their shit in some post on the front page. I didn't even realize what sub I was commenting in. Didn't matter of course, and my appeal got ghosted.
I've had that for posting on subs like Conservative and PCM - then I realised I don't particularly want to participate in a sub that would ban me for calling out fascistic stupidity in an entirely unrelated space.
I've been banned before for having posted on the Red Pill subreddit about a decade ago. Best one was being banned from /r/justiceserved because I posted on the SubredditCancer subreddit before, and apparently they're a "hate sub"
That happened to me, I got a preemptive ban from a safe venting sub for calling out a bad faith post on a right wing sub. Dafuq.
And sometimes that happened ten years prior.
I think you might need to be more specific.
the_donald, conservative, fatpeoplehate...
I meant, the sub that banned you also qualifies under the title of "the bad one".
I mean from their perspective. They think they're castigating you for posting in the Bad Sub.
Also the real malicious actors already have those bots blocked so lot of good they do when Reddit locks access to profiles of blocked users, actually a pretty good feature though since it allows for people to combat this kind of abuse if they are proactive enough.
