Anyone know the best place to sell a brand new laptop?
Backstory is, my mum bought an HP Chromebook for work, not realising that she can't get windows/Microsoft suite on it which she needs for work but she can't get a refund from JB Hi-Fi as she threw away the box. I listed it on Facebook marketplace but it's had next to no interest.
She could probably still get office 365 though right? The web apps do most everything these days.
Edit - also, pretty sure your could install the Android apps of word, excel etc...
Unfortunately she needs a particular system that is installed onto the computer, that can be used on computers using windows or Mac systems but not the chrome system. The web based won't do what she needs.
Edit: it's some form of work from home system and has access to share drives etc
Yep. Portal.office.com and use the web apps.
