WTF is rule?
c/196 has 1 rule: if you arrive, you have to post something before you leave. People have taken to putting the word "rule" in their titles to show their compliance, but it's not strictly necessary.
I distinctly remember reading somewhere on c/196 that the title has to include the word rule But I am not seeing it right now.
The other dude explained it already. I look forward to seeing your RULE!
