Ursula literally went ahead and meet with Israeli officials behind the backs of the other 27 Reps and without their knowledge. Uncontrolled is stating mildly.
It is so outrageous and against protocol' that now I do not know if she is a massive fan or a plant. Perhaps her donors may have appreciated it.
