lemmy.ml literally has a rule in their CoC that says "Remarks that moderators find inappropriate, whether listed in the code of conduct or not, are also not allowed." I'd probably make it somewhere else if i were you.
The mod log is open and if you think they are doing a bad job, you can switch instance.
