In fairness, it's only £25,000, but considering it was listed as a one bedroom residential property...

Isn’t that the going rate?

What is the normal market price for a beach hut?

[-] VioletTeacup@feddit.uk 16 points 11 months ago

I'm honestly not sure what the typical asking price is for a changing booth, but it's definitely not a one bedroom house.

This whole post gives off vibes like y’all are outraged some people own vacation property.

Where's the gas/electric hook up? Where's the water, and working toilet? Cooking area? Fridge? You can't call a studio a 1 bedroom apartment why on earth would it be acceptable to call this a 1 bedroom? Vacation property lmao, thank you I needed that!

You're very hung up on that detail, but it's probably as simple as the listing not having a category for a property like this.

[-] Brekky@lemmy.world 1 points 9 months ago

Hung up no, amused yes. And there definitely should be a category for something missing basic requirements for a house. Outhouse, garage, shed etc.

If this is their holiday property, I feel bad for them.
