What is it supposed to say? "Tailor swift" on Wikipedia just redirects to "Taylor Swift"

i assume its like they are tailoring (making) swift (a type of bird) nesting sites. So they are making places for these birds to nest. According to the article

I think "tailor" is a verb here. As in, the money is to create and/or improve nesting sites for swifts.

I understood that, but given how rich she is, does she really need that money for nesting sites? What is she doing with those nesting sites anyway? /j
