Wait.... does anyone (Except those who paint eyebrows) actually think painted eyebrows look good? I've never met anyone who thinks it looks good on women.
Have you asked the women with the painted eyebrows? They probably like it. Not all things people do with their appearance are to appeal to others.
No. I do not walk up to random people and ask them personal questions out of nowhere. I just always assume that if they didn't think it looked good, they wouldn't do it.
But most are, even uf you ignore it.
Some women lost most of their eyebrow hair and the painted ones actually look better than without.
Then there are others who paint to make their brows appear fuller, and when well done you don't notice they are painted.
So yeah in some cases people who don't paint their eyebrows can appreciate painted eyebrows on others.

This whole wiki is excellent. So many well written pages on logic, philosophy, rhetoric, and history.
I think there are certain people who can do certain looks that look good with painted eyebrows, as long as it’s very high quality. I don’t see it often.
