The meowing/yelling, the meowing/yelling, pretty much since 1 am. I am so tired. Why?
One of mine doesn’t yell, he belts his bowl around. So you get this ceramic ringing on tile racket that could wake the dead.
Miss Meow's preferred night time annoyance is to lie on my shoulder and purr loudly directly into my ear. It's amazing just how loud a purr can be at that close range.
A long ago cat had a taste for earwax…
ew. Fortunately I don't have that indignity in the middle of the night.
Many cats will go nuts for earwax.
Don't ask me how I know this.

I’ve caught my cat licking my headphone earbuds. Ew.
Earwax is full of animal protein and fat, and cats can't seem to taste the bitterness that humans do. Possibly the most humane and sustainable treat you can offer your cat!
