Yup! It's sorta standard? The dozen or so girls I know personally are also on spiro. I won't speak to their levels, but mine have been in a Fantasic spot for a long time now. I'm 18 months on HRT and my t levels have been negligible since around the 6 month mark.
I'm lucky enough to be in an area with a good medical support system and have a dedicated endo specific for trans patients. So I am getting regular tests and I am veeeeery happy with my results. Enough so that while I was approved for it, I canceled all my FFS meetings.
Previously on reddit I was warned about using progesterone by someone, but thats another one I am pretty pleased with. So while I absolutely love where you are coming from, and appreciate the caring involved to link that. I'm super duper pleased with my levels, physical changes and not particularly interested in medical advice. ♥ 💕 ♥
