I always get good sleep but get a body battery reading of between 40 - 70. Today's reading is 96. I can not believe it.
What's a body battery reading?
If you wear your smart watch while you sleep it tells you out of 100 how well you've recharged when you wake.
Oh, that. Yeah I know what you mean now, on my Fitbit it's just called a sleep score
