Because this sounds manipulative as hell, Chick-fil-A is tasty and me not eating it for lunch today is not going to change a god damn thing. If you want actual change stop posting on Lemmy and go put boots on the ground in Guatemala. Or go sue the Cathy's. Tell you what, I'll be sure to use the most inclusive language I possibly can while ordering it.

For the record, I think punishing anyone for what personal choices they made in their own private lives, that doesn't harm anybody else, is a disgusting violation of human rights by any metric and should be stopped immediately, but so is trying to shame people for eating a sandwich in an entirely different country and not the murderers.
