Very much this. I mean I am not trans but I am trans affiliated because my ex-girlfriend's youngest daughter is trans and I've had a few years to become aware of what that means at least for her, and one of the biggest complaints that I heard was that she hated her body, which makes sense because she's gender dysphoric.
I don't have any good words of wisdom or takeaways from that and save that hopefully it's helpful to know that you're not alone and many people who are walking a similar path to you have the same feelings that you're having about how you look in photos, and hopefully it's all part of the process.
At the very least you have the drive to reach out to other people for feedback and and to share wisdom and experience so that you can improve things and that is a good sign and you should be proud of yourself for that.
