The guy picked me up in a white Mercedes Benz with white leather interior, and he didn't even care that I got chain grease all over his back seat. He was chatting about how he was going to retire once his savings hit $5 million. He was either clinically insane or I really don't understand the economics of Uber whatsoever.

Most drivers I've met seem to do it as a side gig. He might've been crazy/senile, but he might've just been driving for fun/extra cash
