Peanut butter is delicious but it's basically the neutron star of food calories! Makes me sad.
That's one of the reasons peanut butter is an incredible survival food. Nutrient/calorie dense, doesn't need refrigeration, shelf stable for a long long time, it's delicious. It checks a lot of boxes that not many other foods can.
I'll do more pushups before I eat less peanut butyerm calories ain't bad if you're using them!
15 ml of natural peanut butter equals about 200 pushups. You're gonna be ripped!
