Ray tracing can change how the game plays, though it's rare (mostly Control). Seeing guys coming in a window reflection is awesome.

If it was that important as a game mechanic, there were already ways to do that.
If it’s only available if you upgrade to better hardware, it’s DLC that you buy from Nvidia

yeah that's cool, but probably especially in controls case possible with planar reflections
