Can we also ban uploading your resume, then having to manually input all the stuff...... that's in your resume?
I've noticed a lot of places stopped taking resume and cover letters. Rather they get you to fill a form that asked all the same questions. I assume it's so it's easier to parse though at the employers end. But it extends the application process. If you want the job you would need to spend a few hours looking and answering the questions. It gives no room for nuance or creativity.
Sounds like a job for AI.
