- Try to keep things on topic
- If you have a question, please try searching for previous discussions, maybe it has already been answered

I only have libretube on my phone so YouTube links just open in libretube instead which I believe should address the surveillance aspect
they still see your ip and the vid you played tho
frontend instances are the way to stop this.
...which are getting blocked insanely fast nowadays..
