It's easy. First implement the usual blacklists. Then you block all servers with "mastodon" in the domain name.
You will be left with a bunch of neurodivergent queer people talking about nerdy shit in your timeline. Last, embrace your new reality.
Careful as some of those blacklisted domains include freeze peach xxxtremists
