13 Years Homeless and Returning. AMA (lemmy.world)

Title pretty much says it all, I spent 13 years homeless. Did a lot of hitchhiking. I have spinal stenosis and CES but did get a nice 9-month break through a veteran's group which ends on September 30th, when I'll return to tent life in the sticks. Ask me anything!

I'll probably head to Texas for the winter. Past years I've been in Houston but I think Corpus Christie might be a nice change. I have 6 weeks to decide, maybe I'll do both. The situation will be a one-man tent, sleeping bag, and the open road
