A casual community for people with ADHD

MODERATORS
Very crazy. I didn't notice this for a lot of my life, i think heavy ~~phone~~ screen usage prevented my brain from daydreaming (or allows you a chance to daydream), and i usually did my daydreaming while practising music or playing video games. I'm noticing it a lot more in adulthood.
