It's one of the things I actually like about ADHD, if it can even be considered a result of it.

I'm not sure if I get this exactly but I've definitely noticed my spacial awareness has decreased when I've been hyperfocussing.

I also forget why I've gone somewhere by the time I've arrived because I've been thinking about something else on the way. I have to run through the top level mental list of my priorities and see whether any of them could involve that place. If not I try and find something useful to do there anyway, so it's not a wasted trip.

And having to rewind videos/podcasts by several minutes searching for the moment I tuned out and started thinking about something else....
