Don't forget the insult. I've been banned from so many AI communities, none of which I'd ever heard of before, most of which had zero posts even, and all of which called me an anti-AI troll.

When you're a mod or admin, they let you do it dontcha know, grab 'em right by the gonads! Say whatever you like to go into the permanent modlog, you won't be stopped!

I mean yeah... though they can still troll you by calling out slurs from the safety of the instances that they control. We have to have a thick skin here. How this relates to the OP though is that not everyone is willing to subject themselves to such, hence leave. That is one way to "move away from the shitty communities/instances", by simply leaving entirely.:-P.
