I'm looking into buying some headphones for the gym, and I'd like to give Fairphone products a try. My experience with earbuds is that they tend to be hard a fit that can stay put during a whole run, and with larger over-ears I worry about getting my ears too hot during the exercise.

So between the two, which one would you choose?

You are confusing products. Fairphone is a cell phone and company name.

Fairbuds XL are the headphones. I have a set, they are great for listening to music and comfortable. But the cushioning does soak up sweat.

I have been thinking of ordering the Fairbuds for when I do yard work because I don't like cleaning the sweat out of the soft fabrics on the XLs. The Fairbuds have multiple sizes for the ear tip because one size doesn't fit all.

Yeah, I meant to compare their "small" and "big" headphones. If the XL picks up sweat, then it's a no for me.
