MODERATORS
In the United States, discussing pay is a law protected right.
Co-workers don't get pissed at you because you make more for the same job. They get pissed at the company because they are paying them less.
You SHOULD be sharing your salary with your co-workers if you want to ensure everyone has equal pay.
You would hope so but some of us are SO stupid man. I had an HR guy tell a bunch of people my salary and give me so much shit because he was mad at the rate someone hired me on for. It started a pile-on because there were a lot of people there who shared his sentiments
