This is how I felt with Time Stop Hero but it was the MC. I got drawn into it because it has interesting usages of time stop, like him stopping time to drag himself miles to a healer after receiving a mortal wound, BUT his favorite thing to do with time stop is to lift up women's skirts and stare at their panties for a few weeks straight. Like dude. You are a reasonably attractive guy who has special powers and does the cool fight. Just ask them.
I know nothing about the show but that's literally what I would expect from something called time stop hero. If someone recommended it to me I'd 100% assume it was hentai.
