Blue Prince. After reaching room 46 and realising that the game was just getting started, I immediately gave up. This is probably the game that respects the player's time the least that I ever played.
It has amazing lore and overall feeling but is ruined by the RNG. It's somewhat bearable in the first part but becomes extremely annoying when you know what to do but can't because of unlucky draws or not enough steps left.
Thank you for the warning, that sounds incredibly frustrating. I see Blue Prince recommended alongside Outer Wilds as "knowledge based" puzzle games, but it does not sound fun now.
If you stop at the first ending (reaching room 46 twice), it's great, and doable in less than 15 hours. Going any further is a sisyphean task.
I’m really good at Blue Prince, but I actually practiced by mashing the Draw 10x buttons in Gacha games.
