To anyone not Danish reading this, the Danish word for diarrhea is diarré, but this expression (på Lars tyndskids mark) utilizes another word - tyndskid, literally translated as "thin shit".

But unfortunately I think diarrhea is the English word that comes closest, but still doesn't capture the magnificent imagery of tyndskid
