AI, in this case, refers to LLMs, GPT technology, and anything listed as "AI" meant to increase market valuations.

I think the lawyer and the ai company should get in trouble if ai adds fake case citations. Either the companies fix it, or prevent it from being used for that.
That's the thing though: companies can't fix it. AI models, by the way they work, always have a mathematical chance of messing up.
Doesn't mean they shouldn't get fined.
