90+% of the time that is enough, yeah. I have had some good experiences with people there though. I don't write off every one of the users, but it's usually enough. The tag is just more accurate after it's confirmed.

But has any country on the planet worked harder to eliminate populations within Russia than Moscowites work to Moscowify the peoples within Russia? Many of the peoples of modern Russia has been completely eliminated and bred out through forced movement and separation to within the Moscowite population. It is a miracle Russia still has a sami population, as all other peoples of Kola no longer exist as separate tribes. The biggest enemy of the peoples of Russia is the oligarchy in Moscow, not any external force can or will combat their cruelty towards its own peoples.
