  • Just some random guy who I'm sure I wouldn't know personally at all or share a name with or whatever. Just a coincidence I assure you! :)

  • 100% vibe coded on Cursor, using mainly Grok 4.5, Opus 4.8, Composer 2.5, GPT 5.5

  • Built on Godot Game Engine.

  • Graphics are mostly created with ChatGPT Images 2.0 API

  • Took about 3 weeks to vibe code.

Here it is clearly marked. Your store page says AI was used, not that it created the game in its entirety.

But who cares? Why does that matter to you? Partial AI or all AI, you still hate AI, so what difference would that make?

I didn’t say I hated AI. Glad you lived out your childhood dream. I understand AI isn’t going anywhere. I share the opinion that its use should be clearly labeled especially if you’re going to sell a product that you didn’t develop or design but merely curated.

Do you think that video game companies are suddenly going to start labeling their games AI? You don't think that that companies are already using ai to create games? In 7 years what do you think the ratio of AI game designers, vs human game designers is gonna be?

What's it matter if something is AI or not? It's playabilty and fun is what makes a game successful or not. The end product matters, not the tool used to create it.

In just 8 to 10 years, Lemmy's current thoughts about AI will be laughable to the generation of kids coming of age. lol

"Vibe coding; we never take the training wheels off, bitches!" 😀

Let's celebrate AI and people who see it as progress, use it openly, and believe its potential should be explored instead of feared.

AI is one of the most useful technologies of our time. It helps people learn faster, create art, write software, research difficult subjects, and solve problems that once required expensive experts.

It gives ordinary people access to abilities that were previously limited by money, education, disability, or geography.
