This again, isn’t the first time I’ve mentioned this ; given the severity of the activity, and the evidence I’ve provided, why hasn’t there been any action

Interpreting a developer's total silence as "legal confidence" is a massive, naive assumption. He is likely ignoring it because he is a solo hobbyist who is completely unequipped to handle a federal child safety crisis. Missing the point award 🥇; I’m clearly stating they possess the corporate and legal infrastructure to survive federal crackdowns, whereas Perchance's chat feature does not. The BBC article you pasted explicitly states that 4chan was “legally backed into a corner after years of massive federal and international pressure” and forced to use advanced automated tracing tools like PhotoDNA. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT IVE BEEN WHISTLEBLOWING 4chan barely survives on a shoestring budget by cooperating with federal agencies and running active hash-filters. Perchance has zero server-side hash filtering. VRChat survives because it logs data, cooperates with subpoenas, and actively hands predators over to law enforcement.

For the record, since someone as nitpicky as you would assume for some wild reason; I’m not English 🫩. Using the word mate, which is a highly frequent term itself, isn’t limited to the UK at all; and I’ve been citing US legal statues this whole time. The NCMEC is a United States federal clearinghouse established by Congress. Perchance operates on clear-web infrastructure subject to U.S. federal jurisdiction. This has absolutely nothing to do with UK law or "China-style censorship." It has everything to do with strict U.S. federal criminal statutes that carry absolute zero-tolerance mandatory minimums.

And there was a user, who goes by nosight if the developer would like to verify on the gen I mentioned, that wrote an entire literal testimony abiut how he’d kill student in his school, and how he borrows influence from Adam Lanza

No average American calls anyone a mate unless it's a woman or man that they want to mate with, that mate stuff is a British thing. There are four mods on this Lemmy forum it gets nowhere near as much traffic as the subreddit and they still are not interacting with you. They probably saw the same thing I saw.

“Internal moderation on this site is entirely absent” ➡️ https://lemmy.world/post/49041435

After seeing that blatant lie from your first post; they likely think that it's not worth their time to address a person that made a false claim about their website in the first place. There is no reason for them to address you when you say that a website that has report functions and bans has no moderation. Because it proved that you were disingenuously lying from the start.

Trying to dodge a child safety crisis by playing grammar police is a pathetic and morally bankrupt defense. Consider me the first then; do point out which mods would intentionally ignore the topic at hand because I’m apparently ‘annoying’

^ Case and point

As the I clearly explained, the "moderation" on perchance.org/ai-chat consists of an automated AI system that merely triggers a brief, temporary 3-day shadowban if 5 to 6 unique IPs click report. This is not functional moderation against severe criminals. Predators easily alternate their IP addresses with free VPNs in three seconds to bypass the flag and continue distributing horrific materials

Please stop jerking back to the same points, mate
