I feel this. For me, this feels included in the "safe" part of the OP, because I have found that one of the best salves for this feeling is someone who I can be with as we each do our own thing. It feels less stressful because there isn't as much of the whiplash between the binary of wanting my own space but then feeling lonely

Had a psych eval and the results came just this month and I don't have BPD.

Really now, ADHD makes you joyous, and depression makes you sad. Depression+ADHD is sure to sound like BPD.

that sounds like me sometimes. Also somewhat the above comment sometimes too. my friend told me that I might (i think he was more certain) that I have cptsd, and I know I have depression.
