Too Hot to Handle (open.substack.com)

I took some time to build on a post I had here, and expand it into a broader discussion on climate impacts. I focus on the Happiest Place on Earth as it sweltered in near-deadly wet bulb conditions, AC failed, and asphalt liquefied. I discuss how the area is built for a climate past, still relies on old systems to design and grow, and what it's impact is now.

Gosh, that sounds awful. What a shame. This was a great write-up, though! Thanks for sharing it with us :)

Thanks for the kind words. It is awful, isn't it? Sadly this is the norm already in places that aren't so well designed already.
