I voted for the slob 3 times. He officially crossed the line this time. About 40 times. Fuck this guy, man. So much for "no more wars"... and quite literally every single other thing he promised. I'm used to that with presidents, but dang, man. He REALLY fumbled every ball, and he's having them launched at him.

How were you this stupid? Have you only recently learned to read?

[-] YeahToast@aussie.zone 14 points 4 days ago

Well, I think it's normally worth welcoming someone who has changed their view, not calling them stupid.

[-] paranoia@feddit.dk 16 points 4 days ago

Why has he changed his view? Is it because he doesn't like the policy or character of the man, or is it because fuel prices went up?

[-] UndercoverNormie@lemmy.world 3 points 4 days ago* (last edited 4 days ago)

And he's also making ridiculous assumptions. The fact I already stated one reason why my opinion changed and he didn't even read it is telling. You're a dick, dude. How is your personality any better than Trump's? Lmao

[-] Gammelfisch@lemmy.world 5 points 4 days ago

Zero sympathy, you voted for the massive shitshow.

[-] mcv@lemmy.zip 2 points 3 days ago

Can you explain what made you vote for him 3 times? Because that's something I honestly don't understand.

The first time I can understand. It was already known how corrupt he was, but most of the media ignored it and I can understand how you didn't know. But surely after his first term, it must have been pretty clear what a terrible person he was? How corrupt he was?

Many members of his own cabinet, people who believed and supported him, spoke out against him. Mattis, McMaster, Tillerson, Pence, Bolton, Kelly and tons of others pointed out his incompetence, his corruption and his extremism.

I can forgive voting for him once, because you didn't know. But 3 times!? How does that happen?

Man admits he voted for Trump three times on a platform filled with left-leaning views and then is surpised he gets taken for task.

If this isnt a troll, boy you walked into this one. Then again, you fell for a conman three times in a row.

[-] T00l_shed@lemmy.world 4 points 4 days ago

He's been fumbling balls since before he was elected in 2016, what made you think he would be a good potus? Why was his string of failures in 2016 not enough for you to not vote for him 2 more times?
