I'm not doing well ATM. Exhausted achy brainfoggy and at that stage where I am sliding into big sads. Should go get a coffee and go on a bird walk. Try to kick start some movement. But am struggling to move and the thought of getting dressed is overwhelming. I can't string two thoughts together. Just needed to say something somewhere about it

Thanks! I have been slack on vit d and iron these past couple of weeks but I have them in me now. And have showered. And about to have a coffee. Baby steps

Got two weeks coming up and travel to the sun planned. And external pressures are coming off, just left me fried.

Do you take creatine? It can help with brain fog and motivation. I have a friend who felt exactly like you. I told her about creatine and said she might also want to look at magnesium glycinate to help with sleep. I saw her 2 weeks later and she was a brand new happy woman. Not saying it works for everyone but you gotta try something right. 🫂❤️

No I don't. Though funny story I got sucked into buying a collegen supplement once because I got the words mixed up. Gonna suss it out. Thanks. Any one you recommend?

Collegen supplements don't work. I use this creatine. I buy it at Woolies or Coles when it's half price ($15). Don't worry about the loading phase just take a scoop (3g. The scoop comes with it) every day. Preferably in the morning. Always give something two weeks to work unless you have a bad reaction to it which that is very rare.

Sorry to hear. It’s hard. I hope it lifts soon.
