We have no bath anymore. It was replaced with a shower! But the cold drinks are a good suggestion. Another one that helped me a lot last time was making a t-shirt damp and putting it in the freezer for 20+ minutes. When I wore it and the fan was facing me, it was great.

Cold showers for maybe 2 mins at a time are a great way to cool off
Or if that's not possible, let cold water run over your palms.
Genuinely great idea. Another trick one of my friends use is to dose his head in water, and the damp hair helps reduce the heat.
