there's a typo here but I'm not sure which word...
The actual source quote they butchered was "the Australian Government has set a target to reduce emissions to 62-70% below 2005 levels by 2035."
oh I see, so it wasn't a typo: I thought they were trying to say they changed the target from 62 to 70, or from 70 to 62. What a weird way to say they have a target of 62% ๐
