Yep, but nothing is just propaganda or what would be the point, the assumed superiority was likely partly cut from that cloth because it is difficult to predict how the interaction of complex systems will winnow out.

When I typed winnow gboard changed it to Winnie, I think the ban in China has perversely cemented that link. Strange really, Winnie the Pooh is highly regarded and loved in England.
