Parent who fly with toddlers here. My kids made noise throughout the entire flight. To those passengers who got mad, you know what I think: Fuck you!
To be clear, I never met anyone who was angry. Most people made fun with them and enjoyed seeing the youth
It's fine if they're playing. If all they're doing is crying, no one wants to hear that shit.

My only issue with kids on a flight is if I'm responsible for them. If they are someone else's problem, all is well.

I'll never mention anything on the plane of course because I realize the parents don't really have a choice and small children will inevitably act like small children but I can't really help being annoyed by their behavior either. Some people just don't like kids and that's fine too.
