DuckDuckGo=Bing is a misnomer - DDG uses a basket of search indexes excluding google, and I believe Bing's percentage keeps shrinking (last I checked it was 15%)
I only know about Google and Bing and perhaps yandex who have their own Search Index. What others does DDG use and can you share the 15% figure you shared? I find it hard to believe DDG has already reduced its bing dependence to such a number.
