Dude's been bragging about passing MOCAs for ten years now. I'd be interested to know what his actual score was though, because if I'm sure of anything it's that Donald Trump is not a reliable historian.
I don’t know that it’s scored as such. If you can’t identify the camel and the lion, or draw a square, you probably don’t need a percentage.
The MOCA has a maximum score of 30, anything below a score of 26 calls for further evaluation if there are concerns for cognitive ability. It's a single page assessment you can find on the 6th page here: https://championsforhealth.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/MOCA-8.1.8.2-English.pdf
It tests several different areas of cognitive functioning, and the total score is only one indicator. A poor score in any one section can indicate a more specific issue with memory, recall, abstraction, etc
